Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience insights
• Ideate, write, and design engaging content across platforms including social media, websites, brochures, banners (print and digital), and emailers
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the content being created with attention to tone, relevance, and audience engagement
• Edit short-form videos and reels for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Take ownership of basic video shoots including on-location coverage at client sites such as event capture, behind-the-scenes, and interviews
• Be comfortable in front of the camera when required for short-form content such as reels, walkthroughs, Vox pops, or client-facing videos
• Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive visual and brand narrative
• Maintain and follow a structured content calendar with timely content delivery
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative direction
• Ensure all visual and written content aligns with current trends and platform-specific best practices
