🚨 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer

📍 Kolkata / Hybrid

We’re building experiences, brands, and stories at the intersection of sport, lifestyle, internet culture, and visual storytelling and we’re looking for a designer who gets the vibe before the brief.

This is not a “make posters on Canva” role.

This is for someone who wants to shape culture visually.

You’ll work across:

• Sports IPs & tournaments

• Fashion/lifestyle campaigns

• Social-first content

• Brand identities

• Event aesthetics

• AI-assisted creative workflows

• Motion-led storytelling systems

• Experimental internet content

You should ideally:

— Have strong taste and visual instincts

— Understand modern sports + fashion aesthetics

— Be fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator & Figma

— Know how content behaves on Instagram

— Be curious about AI tools & creative automation

— Understand typography, layouts, moodboards & brand language

— Move fast without making things look rushed

Bonus if you:

• Follow niche design pages, sport culture & internet trends
• Have experience with motion graphics/video design
• Play a sport or are deeply connected to culture communities
• Obsess over details and references
