NineOhNine is a creative agency, production house, and podcast studio based in Bangalore, working with founders, startups, and growing brands across India and global markets.

We create video-first content and communication -  from brand films, ad campaigns, and product videos to podcasts, social media content, and personal branding for founders. Alongside this, we run a fully equipped, acoustically engineered podcast studio used by some of the most interesting voices building today.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn’t just make things “look nice”, but understands how design communicates, sells, and elevates a brand.You’ll be working across NineOhNine and our clients, building visuals that live on social media, campaigns, websites, and everything in between.

• Design creatives for social media, campaigns, and brand communication
• Work on static ads, carousels, thumbnails, and marketing collaterals
• Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and the creative team to bring ideas to life
• Translate briefs into clean, engaging, and high-performing visuals
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across different clients
• Contribute to campaign ideas, layouts, and visual storytelling
• Work fast, iterate quickly, and improve with feedback
  

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• A portfolio that shows range, not just templates
• Someone who notices good design and bad design instantly
• Ability to work across multiple brands and styles
• Curiosity to learn, experiment, and evolve
