Graphic Designer & 3D Motion Designer

Tectra Technologies is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer & 3D Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, expertise in creating engaging static and motion graphics, and experience in developing high-quality 3D animations for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and branding projects.

• Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Create engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and promotional videos.
• Develop product animations, logo reveals, explainer videos, and visual effects.
• Design high-quality creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content.
• Edit videos and enhance them with motion graphics for reels, YouTube videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and AI-powered design tools.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

• 1–2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer and Motion Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or Autodesk Maya for 3D modeling and animation.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create high-quality 3D animations, visual effects, and engaging motion content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and 3D animation projects.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
