About The Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join our Product Go-to-Market team as our first in-house design specialist. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to influence how our fintech products are presented to the market. Your primary responsibilities will include creating compelling visual assets for product launches, sales enablement, and internal support materials. You will work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop engaging web pages, presentation templates, and marketing collateral that align with our brand standards. This role is ideal for a creative individual eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment while making a tangible impact on our brand’s visual storytelling. Candidates must reside within approximately 70 miles of our office locations or be comfortable working remotely within this radius.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, graphic design, or related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in print and digital design, with a focus on product collateral and brand marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Notion, and Google Workspace
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Portfolio or samples demonstrating design craft and professional work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Execute small to medium-scale design projects assigned by Go-to-Market Product Managers, with opportunities to handle larger responsibilities over time
  • Design and layout product collateral for web download and digital distribution
  • Create web pages and supporting visuals for both internal and customer-facing resources
  • Develop compelling visuals for strategic presentations using Google Slides and other tools
  • Maintain and update presentation templates, ensuring consistency and branding standards are met
  • Organize and manage the presentation asset library for easy access and current materials
  • Apply existing templates and brand standards across all design outputs to ensure visual consistency
  • Stay informed on current trends in graphic and web design, proactively recommending enhancements
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, copywriters, engineers, and sales teams
  • Exercise professional judgment to ensure design quality and alignment with organizational goals
  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership
