About the Role:

We are looking for an innovative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating highly engaging visual content that drives our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate blends traditional design principles with modern workflows, utilizing both industry-standard Adobe software and cutting-edge generative AI tools to produce compelling static and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Campaign Design: Conceptualize and design eye-catching assets for digital marketing channels, including social media ads, email campaigns, web banners, and landing pages.

• Motion Graphics & Video: Create dynamic motion graphics and short-form video content to increase engagement across digital platforms.

• AI Integration: Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, storyboard concepts, and generate high-quality visual assets.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines while keeping designs fresh and tailored to specific marketing goals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm campaigns, optimize ad creatives based on performance, and deliver assets on schedule.

Requirements & Skills:

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Software Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with mandatory expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effect.

• AI Tool Experience: Proven experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Veo3, Kling, Adobe Firefly, Nano banana) to assist and enhance the design workflow.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):

• Digital Marketing Background: Previous experience working in a digital marketing environment or ad agency.

• Additional Tools: Familiarity with 3D with tools like Blender, or UI design knowledge with Figma is a plus.
