Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (Mechanical Engineers) to join our production team in the structural fabrication line. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical and operational skills while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operations:
• Assist in the execution of daily production tasks in the structural fabrication line.
• Operate machinery and equipment under supervision to achieve production targets.
• Ensure the timely and efficient fabrication of structural components.
• Process Improvement:
• Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement optimization techniques for productivity enhancement.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct inspections of fabricated components to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Report non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate production records, including work progress and material usage.
• Prepare reports on operational performance as required by supervisors.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment in the production unit.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Planning, QA/QC, and Maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering (2024/2023 pass-outs preferred).
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the fabrication or manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of structural fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in mechanical drawing interpretation.
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
