Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Google and Meta Ads Manager to join our on-site team in Jabalpur. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital ads on Google and Meta platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating ad campaigns, analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing budgets to ensure maximum ROI. The role requires close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to design effective advertising strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Marketing and Advertising, with experience in ad campaign creation and platform management (Google Ads and Meta Ads preferred).
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present campaign strategies and results.
• Proficiency in Project Management to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and monitor campaign progress efficiently.
• Analytical skills to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms, and the ability to adapt to changing industry standards.
• Prior experience in digital advertising or PPC campaign management is highly desirable.
