Gold Loan Field Auditor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Gold Loan Field Auditor. Responsibilities include conducting field audits at gold loan branches to ensure compliance with operational policies, verifying loan documentation and pledged gold ornaments, evaluating inventory records, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. The auditor will work to identify potential risks, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with branch operations teams for consistent adherence to established standards.

Qualifications

• Operational understanding of loan processes, documentation review, and compliance checks
• Experience in field auditing, inventory verification, and risk identification in financial institutions
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and basic accounting software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and adapt to fieldwork demands
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; auditing certifications are a plus
