Position Overview
The GTM Systems Coordinator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of Salesforce CRM and integrated go-to-market (GTM) tools. This role ensures system efficiency, supports adoption of new features, and provides technical guidance to enhance sales processes and organizational effectiveness.

Position Overview
The GTM Systems Coordinator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of Salesforce CRM and integrated go-to-market (GTM) tools. This role ensures system efficiency, supports adoption of new features, and provides technical guidance to enhance sales processes and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Administration: Maintain and configure Salesforce to support business processes, including updates and customizations.
- Sales Technology Support: Manage and support integrated GTM tools (e.g., High Velocity Sales, RingLead, Nintex, Adobe, Gong, Guidestar, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Highspot, SPIFF).
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to improve usability and efficiency.
- Release & Feature Adoption: Stay current with Salesforce and connected tool releases; evaluate and implement beneficial new features.
- System Testing & QA: Conduct quality assurance testing, support user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Change Management: Assist in planning and executing new tool rollouts, including communication and user enablement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and technical reference materials.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, perform routine updates, and manage licenses.
- Usage Reporting & Auditing: Track license utilization, perform audits, and report findings to leadership.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce administration (certification preferred).
- Familiarity with common GTM and sales enablement tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies quickly.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on application issues.
- Proven ability to think critically, analyze data, make difficult decisions, and solve complex problems.
- Adaptability to cope with change and ambiguity while advancing work and projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion with minimal guidance.
- Ability to work independently more than 75% of the time.
