About The Role
The Global Channel Partner Manager builds and manages a high-performing network of agents and resellers who help bring our products to market. It exists to ensure we have the right partners in the right places—well-trained, compliant, supported, and delivering strong results. By guiding performance, strengthening relationships, and aligning partners with our commercial strategy, this role directly contributes to sustainable growth and a consistent brand presence across all markets.
About The Department
This position is part of a global, cross-functional support team that is highly engaged and motivated to support our company’s global key accounts and strategic partnerships, including our network of Agents and Resellers. While the role is hybrid, the right candidate should expect to maintain a minimum of 50% physical presence at one of our global offices.

Your Responsibilities
Partnership Lifecycle Management
- Recruit, onboard, and train agents and resellers.
- Manage terminations and replacements when necessary.
- Strengthen partner branding and alignment with Fuller’s values.
- Oversee contracts, agent fees (using a 6-eyes principle), and bonus programs.
- Monitor earnings vs. spend, and report on partner performance.
- Ensure compliance governance and adherence to regulations.
- Develop, track, and monitor KPIs and dashboards.
- Define go-to-market strategies for channel partners.
- Manage opportunities and track partner activity in CRM systems.
Channel & Commercial Expertise
- Proven experience managing agents, resellers, distributors, or channel partners.
- Strong B2B sales, account management, or commercial background.
- Track record in onboarding, nurturing, and optimizing partner performance.
- Ability to translate compliance requirements into actionable partner guidelines.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Strategy teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence at a global level.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
- Data-driven approach to define KPIs, structure insights, and inform strategy.
- Confident communicator capable of simplifying complexity and driving alignment.
