Job Title: Global Account Executive

Experience: 1-4 years in any international accounting(US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)

Location – Kolkata(Hybride work mode)

About the Role — What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate invoices & purchase orders, track payments and manage purchase activity.
• Help keep our cash flow healthy and smooth — ensuring timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.

What We’re Looking For — You Bring:

• 1–4 years of accounting/finance experience, with exposure to international accounting. Proficiency in Xero or QuickBooks, Sage, Netsuite or Zoho is mandatory.
• Strong bookkeeping fundamentals, cash flow management, and comfort handling multiple financial tasks responsibly.
• Clear, confident communication skills — you will collaborate across teams.
• An organised, detail-oriented approach and commitment to accuracy.
