Job Title: AI / Machine Learning Engineer (LLM & RAG)
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled AI / Machine Learning Engineer with strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and deep learning frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ML models and transforming them into scalable APIs or microservices for production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, train, and test machine learning and deep learning models.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Build and deploy ML solutions as production-ready APIs or microservices.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI models into applications.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory).
• Solid experience with SQL and working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to Java is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as:
TensorFlow
PyTorch
Keras
• Strong understanding of:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Deep learning and core AI principles
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
Preferred Experience
Experience building AI/ML pipelines and scalable architectures.
Exposure to API development or microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with relevant AI/ML technologies and tools.
