We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Business Operations Engineer to improve business efficiency through problem-solving, automation, and process optimization.

Accountabilities

As a Business Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in identifying operational inefficiencies and creating scalable solutions that improve productivity across the organization. • Rotate across business areas to understand workflows, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Investigate operational issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Build internal tools and automated workflows that reduce repetitive manual tasks.
• Create, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and efficient operations.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives from initial problem discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new solutions are practical, effective, and successfully integrated.
