Location: Woodland Kitchens, 4-6 Portna Road, Rasharkin
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the General Operative will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the department. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, sorting, and packing products in line with company standards and production targets. You will also carry out essential quality and size checks to ensure all products meet required specifications before dispatch.
In addition to your core duties, you will support the wider department with day‑to‑day operational tasks as directed by your Team Leader. This may include assisting with stock movement, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and contributing to continuous improvement activities. Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential to success in this position.

About The Role

- Cleaning and inspection of finished product and maintaining appropriate records
- Preassembly and sorting of panels
- Hand finishing processes movement and internal deliveries of product
- Packing and labelling of finished product
- Assist in any other General Operations as directed by your Team Leader.
- Ensuring all company Policies and Procedures are adhered to
