Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a (General Manager) in solar EPC at our South Delhi location. The General Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to quality, budgets, and timelines. General Manager to lead cross-functional coordination across site execution, design, and procurement, working closely with and reporting directly to the Managing Director. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in Solar Energy Systems, EPC project lifecycle, and renewable energy project management
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource management
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, environmental compliance, and safety standards in the renewable energy space
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Analytical skills and proficiency in project planning tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; MBA or advanced management qualification is a plus
• Proven track record of managing large-scale solar EPC projects is preferred
