Developing the ecosystem for successful Sales and Design experience both for the internal teams and the customers. ? Work on projects to optimise cost, drive efficiency in the sales funnel. ? Drive productivity of the business managers. ? Strong seller, number driven person ? Work closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central program ? Strong account mindset, relationship builder EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATION ? Bachelors Qualification preferably B. Arch, B. Interior Design. ? Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management,MBA,Design Management ? Minimum 7-8 Years of experience ? Ability to understand Ops challenges and build relationships to overcome ops blockers ? Should have managed a team of minimum 10 team members ? Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast paced and high energy environment. ? Willing to take up challenging problem statements and come-up with elegant and scalable solutions ? Strong first principle thinking and data driven decision making is at the heart of your problem solving approach. ? Willing to go the extra miles it takes to win in a super competitive market. ? Innovative, resourceful and comfortable with dynamic business requirements
