This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Marketing, located in Faridabad. The General Manager Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring effective marketing management. The role includes leading and managing a team to achieve organizational objectives, collaborating with sales teams, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth. The candidate will also analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and the ability to analyze and develop effective strategies
• Strong experience in Marketing Management and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Expertise in conducting Market Research and analyzing market opportunities
• Proven record in Team Management and leading cross-functional teams effectively
• Strong Sales acumen and the ability to collaborate with sales teams for revenue growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and excel in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
