Meta Ads Manager

Hawk eCommerce is looking for a Meta Ads Expert who can plan, execute and scale high-performance campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing high-budget campaigns for D2C brands, Lead Generation funnels and Mobile App Install campaigns, along with a deep understanding of data, attribution and growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Manage high-budget performance campaigns focused on ROAS, CPA and growth
• Drive acquisition for D2C brands, Lead Generation businesses and Mobile Apps
• Develop and optimize full-funnel strategies including prospecting, retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Continuously test ad creatives, hooks, copy and audience segments
• Work closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad concepts
• Monitor and improve campaign performance through data analysis and experimentation
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API and event tracking
• Analyze funnel performance and optimize landing pages and conversion flows
• Collaborate with analytics teams for attribution and performance reporting

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong experience in D2C / Ecommerce performance marketing
• Experience running Lead Generation campaigns
• Experience managing Mobile App Install campaigns
• Expertise in Meta Pixel, Conversion API and event tracking
• Good understanding of audience segmentation, lookalikes and retargeting strategies
• Experience managing large monthly ad spends
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to scale profitable campaigns
