We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (Manufacturing) to lead our fabrication and manufacturing operations for air pollution control systems.

• Lead production planning & execution for fabrication projects
• Oversee fabrication supervision & technical operations (ESP, Bag Filters, Ducts, Chimneys, etc.)
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and cost optimization
• Manage team, manpower, and productivity improvements
• Handle plant & machine maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors and material suppliers
• Drive reporting & MIS systems for operational efficiency

• Experience: 12–15 years (with 3–4 years in leadership role)
• Background in EPC / Heavy Fabrication / Pollution Control Equipment / Steel Structures
• Strong leadership, execution, and operational management skills

• Work on large-scale industrial projects
