As part of the Data and Analytics team you will build complex AI-integrated web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain rigorous standards while fostering meaningful client relationships. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and grow your personal brand in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, performant user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), implementing reusable component libraries and ensuring design consistency.
• Optimize frontend performance through techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and efficient rendering strategies for scalable web applications.
• Build, secure, and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIs and backend services using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python, handling business logic, data validation, and error handling.
• Develop and manage microservices architectures and design relational and NoSQL database schemas with optimized queries and migrations for production environments.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) for continuous integration and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to translate UX designs and user stories into pixel-perfect, accessible, and consistent user interfaces across devices and browsers.
  
  

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's & Master's Degree
• 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Experience working with AI or Generative AI tools-based applications.
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Nest.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python frameworks, with solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, along with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Knowledgeable in version control systems, preferably Git, to manage code and collaborate effectively.
