Senior Developer (Apache Beam / DataFlow / Java / Spring Boot)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Beam, and GCP DataFlow. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable data processing pipelines, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

Must‑Have Skills

• Hands‑on experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong experience in Apache Beam and deployment on GCP DataFlow
• Good understanding of GCP services such as BigQuery or Spanner
• Ability to write and maintain complex SQL queries

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Spanner and/or BigQuery in depth
• Understanding of cloud‑native design and CI/CD

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Apache Beam and deploy them on Google DataFlow.
2. Optimize application and pipeline performance through efficient, scalable coding practices.
3. Work closely with DevOps, frontend teams, and product engineering groups to deliver end-to-end solutions.
4. Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
5. Contribute effectively within a SAFe Agile delivery model.
