Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Faridabad. The Production Manager will oversee and optimize daily production operations, including planning, organizing, and coordinating manufacturing processes to meet established goals. They will ensure production quality standards, supervise team members, monitor workflow efficiency, and enforce compliance with safety regulations. Other responsibilities include analyzing production data, preparing reports, identifying process improvement opportunities, and maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management with skills in workflow optimization and operational planning
• Proficiency in quality control procedures and familiarity with safety regulations
• Leadership and team management abilities to coordinate and supervise staff effectively
• Analytical skills for evaluating production data, improving processes, and solving problems
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with diverse teams and manage schedules
• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and use of production management tools/software
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with sector-specific production environments
