Job title: Client Success Manager

Shift: US Shift (08:00 PM – 04:30 AM IST)

Location: Remote / Office (as applicable)

Experience: 02 to 04 years


About the Role

  • We are looking for a Client Success Manager with strong Ecommerce experience to manage and grow relationships with our D2C clients.
  • In this role, you will work closely with Shopify-based ecommerce brands, helping them scale their retention marketing through Klaviyo email and SMS marketing, while coordinating execution with internal marketing teams.
  • You will act as the bridge between clients and the marketing execution team, ensuring smooth project delivery, clear communication, and measurable performance improvements.
  • ⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify-based ecommerce brands.
  • Exposure to platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client communication via email, Slack, and meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ecommerce clients.
  • Plan and coordinate execution of Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and automation.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Monitor and review email marketing performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, revenue attribution, etc.
  • Support lifecycle marketing strategies including abandoned cart flows, welcome series, retention campaigns, and segmentation.
  • Share regular campaign performance reports and insights with clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
  • Basic understanding of paid marketing and ecommerce growth strategies.


Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting).
  • Experience working with Ecommerce brands on Shopify.
  • Understanding of D2C lifecycle marketing and retention marketing strategies.
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating with marketing or creative teams.
  • Comfortable working in US Shift (08:00 PM – 04:30 AM IST).


Preferred / Bonus Experience

  • Experience working with international or US-based clients.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and ecommerce funnels.
  • Experience with tools like Slack, ClickUp, or project management platforms.
