Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for the role of Garment Incharge. The Garment Incharge will oversee day-to-day garment production activities, including supervising teams, monitoring quality, and ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating across departments, and addressing operational challenges to maintain workflow efficiency and product output quality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of garment production, quality control, and manufacturing workflows
• Team leadership, supervision, and the ability to coordinate across departments
• Inventory management and process optimization skills
• Problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in garment production or a related role
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Familiarity with industry-standard software or tools is a plus
