Job Description

ROAS Digital is looking for a hands-on Tracking & Analytics Specialist to support our growing analytics and performance marketing work across global clients.

If you enjoy building clean tracking systems, debugging tags, and creating dashboards that actually drive decisions — this role is for you.

🎯 Role: Performance Analytics & Tagging Specialist

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Coimbatore

Team: ROAS Digital

What You’ll Own

✅ Tracking & Implementation

Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup, audits, and debugging

GA4 event tracking (forms, purchases, funnels, scroll, video, etc.)

Conversion tracking across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)

DataLayer-based implementations with developer coordination

✅ Analytics & Reporting

GA4 reporting + Explorations (funnels, attribution, cohorts)

Looker Studio dashboards (weekly + monthly reporting)

Turning tracking + data into actionable insights

✅ Technical Marketing Ops

UTM governance + channel grouping hygiene

Pixel + Floodlight + basic server-side tracking exposure (bonus)

Ensuring measurement accuracy across Webflow, WordPress, Shopify

Must-Have Skills

Strong working experience in GTM + GA4
Ability to independently debug tracking issues
Comfortable working with developers on implementation
High attention to detail (events, triggers, QA)
