Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Lead with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP GTS and a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance adherence as well as pricing optimization. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions in a day shift setting. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP GTS solutions to enhance business processes and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.
Oversee the integration of SAP GTS with other enterprise systems to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
Provide expert guidance on regulatory and compliance adherence to ensure the organization meets all necessary legal requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and procedures to support ongoing operations and future projects.
Conduct regular training sessions for team members and stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of SAP GTS functionalities and best practices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to manage system upgrades and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing robust controls and monitoring mechanisms.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in SAP GTS with a proven track record of successful implementations and optimizations.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements with the ability to apply this expertise to real-world scenarios.
Exhibit proficiency in pricing optimization strategies and techniques with a focus on driving business value.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
