Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade full-stack applications within Azure and Databricks environments. The role requires strong technical expertise to build next-generation applications that embed Generative AI capabilities. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.

Design & Development

• Design and develop scalable web applications using modern technologies.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements and industry standards.

Technical Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve issues across the full technology stack.
• Ensure application reliability and optimal performance.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize applications for scalability, efficiency, and performance.
• Implement best practices for testing, debugging, and code quality.

Client Interaction

• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for stakeholders.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and product teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Process Governance

• Create and maintain technical documentation such as PDDs, SDDs, and test plans.
• Ensure automations follow coding standards, security protocols, and enterprise governance policies.

Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in systems and financial processes.
• Promote standardization to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with at least 4+ years as a Full Stack Developer.
• Certifications in React, Python, or other relevant Full Stack technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Build and maintain web/mobile applications using React, Node.js, and Python APIs.
• Experience integrating graph databases such as Neo4j for network analysis.
• Strong experience with Neo4j, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Front-end development using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Ability to integrate Generative AI capabilities and AI-driven insights into applications.
• Experience integrating applications with APIs, microservices architecture, and data platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure and Databricks environments for deployment and data integration.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
