About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Lead who enjoys building great products while leading a high-performing engineering team. You'll play a key role in driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable solutions across the frontend and backend. If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges and leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications.
• Build and review production-ready code using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Next.js.
• Guide the team through architecture discussions, API design, and technical decisions.
• Drive engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, documentation, and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and regular feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve application reliability and performance.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Full-Stack software development, including technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Next.js.
• Experience designing REST APIs and working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of system design, microservices, distributed systems, and scalable application architecture.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Graphite.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for building high-quality, maintainable software and helping teams succeed.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, TanStack Query, Redux, or Cypress.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience building products or platforms from the ground up.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
