Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer based in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Yaper?s platform. You will work on software development tasks, troubleshoot issues, write and test code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal user experiences. This position requires hands-on involvement in creating responsive and efficient applications that align with our mission to enhance financial literacy and independence. Role Overview We?re hiring a?Full Stack Engineer ?with? 2?3 years of experience ?to build and scale our next-gen fintech and commerce systems. ?You?ll work directly with our founding and product teams to design, develop, and deploy features that impact thousands of users. Your Responsibilities Build and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend. Develop dynamic and responsive UIs using? React Native (Expo) ?and? JavaScript/CSS . Architect scalable APIs using? Ruby on Rails . Ensure system? stability, reliability, and scalability . Integrate? third-party services ?(Meta, Google Analytics, WebEngage, Branch, Bedrock, etc.). Use? AWS ,? Docker , and? Sentry ?for deployment, monitoring, and debugging. Collaborate with designers, PMs, and stakeholders for high-speed execution. Write? clean, modular, testable code ?? and care about the product as much as the code. Tech Stack Frontend: ?JavaScript, CSS, React Native (Expo) ? Backend: ?Ruby, Ruby on Rails ?
