We are redefining e-commerce logistics, returns, and customer engagement with innovative, data-driven solutions. shipway.com About the Role We?re looking for a Team Lead (Full Stack Developer) with strong hands-on experience in React and Node.js, capable of leading end-to-end product development. The ideal candidate will have deep experience building scalable systems, handling queues, and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases. You should be comfortable working independently as well as mentoring a small team. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend). Architect and maintain microservice-based or modular backend systems. Integrate and manage message queue systems like RabbitMQ/ AWS SQS for distributed processing. Work with MySQL and MongoDB databases including schema design, optimization, and query tuning. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and related tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely solutions. Drive code quality, security, and performance standards. Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making. Required Skills 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Hands-on experience with queueing systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS. Solid understanding of MySQL and MongoDB. Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and code review processes. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Good to Have / Plus Points Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.). Exposure to server less architecture and AWS Lambda. Understanding of Chatbot systems or conversational AI integrations. Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams.
