Our mission is to revolutionize customer relationship management through cutting-edge AI technology. The Role We're seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance applications using React/NextJS on the frontend and Django on the backend. Responsibilities Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React/NextJS Build robust backend services and APIs with Django Implement complex user workflows for our AI-native CRM platform Collaborate with UX designers to translate designs into functional code Optimize application performance across the entire stack Integrate with various third-party APIs and services Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions Requirements 3 years of professional full stack development experience Minimum 2 year experience with React and NextJS Working knowledge of Django or similar ORM-based backend frameworks Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals Experience with modern state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand) Experience in building scalable frontend architecture with modular, scalable and reusable components Proficiency with frontend build tools and RESTful API integration Preferred Qualifications Experience working on enterprise SaaS products Knowledge of AI/ML integration in web applications Why Join Us?
