About the Project

We are building a real-time Doctor–Patient Consultation Mobile Application where patients can:

●      View doctors who are currently online

●      Connect with doctors via voice, video, and chat

●      Get seamless, secure, and real-time healthcare access

The platform will leverage real-time communication technologies (Twilio / WebRTC) and modern backend architecture to deliver a smooth healthcare experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer with hands-on experience in Flutter and/or React Native, along with basic backend knowledge in Node.js and MySQL/NoSQL

You will be responsible for building, integrating, and maintaining real-time communication features, payment logic, and scalable mobile application workflows.

Key Responsibilities

●      Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and/or React Native

●      Implement real-time voice, video, and chat features using Twilio SDK / WebRTC

●      Integrate third-party APIs (communication, payment gateways, notifications)

●      Work with backend APIs developed in Node.js

●      Handle real-time session logic such as:

○ Doctor online/offline status

○ Session start, pause, and end handling

●      Ensure smooth UI/UX and performance optimization

●      Collaborate with backend developers and product team

●      Debug, test, and deploy mobile applications

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills

●      6 months to 1 year of experience in Flutter and/or React Native

●      Strong understanding of mobile application development lifecycle

●      Basic to intermediate experience with Node.js

●      Working knowledge of MySQL / NoSQL

●      Experience with REST APIs

●      Familiarity with Twilio SDK or WebRTC-based communication

●      Experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs

●      Understanding of real-time applications

Good-to-Have Skills

●      Experience with payment gateway integrations

●      Exposure to AI tools (chatbots, automation, AI APIs)

●      Experience in hybrid or native app development

●      Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, or sockets

●      Understanding of security and data privacy, especially for healthcare apps
