Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (2-3 Years Experience) with strong expertise in React.js and Python, and hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Small Language Models (SLMs). The role requires leveraging AI-powered IDEs and AI models to build intelligent, scalable, and efficient web applications.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js and Python.
Build reusable, modular, and scalable frontend components using modern React practices.
Develop backend services, REST APIs, and business logic using Python frameworks.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and databases.
Work with MySQL or PostgreSQL to design schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity.
Utilize AI-powered IDEs such as Cursor AI, Antigravity AI IDE, or Windsurf AI IDE for faster and smarter development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.

Required Skills

2- 3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong expertise in React.js.
Strong backend development experience with Python.
Working experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Small Language Models (SLMs).
Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models).
Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow integration.
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted IDEs (any one) :
Cursor AI IDE
Antigravity AI IDE
Windsurf AI IDE
Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations.
