Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies will be key components of your role, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend technologies, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
