About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications in a fully remote environment. You will work across both front-end and back-end systems, collaborating with distributed product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless and reliable user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
- Design and develop backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Integrate databases and third-party services.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment to deliver features on time.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow best engineering practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Developer.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with REST APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote teams.
Preferred / Good-to-Have
- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
