SoftUp is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Pokhara! This is a full-time, on-site role at SoftUp's Pokhara office. As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Work extensively on Next.js for frontend development.
• Build and integrate scalable REST APIs using Node.js & Express.js.
• Deploy projects and manage cloud-based hosting solutions.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless integrations.
• Debug and troubleshoot performance issues to optimize applications.
• Ensure quality assurance by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
  
  

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of experience and expertise in the following areas:

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Firebase, etc.).
• Familiarity with best practices for scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications.
• Ability to deploy and manage production-ready applications.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies.
• Experience with MySQL and database management.
• Basic knowledge of mobile technology and Flutter.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest technologies.
  
  

Educational Background A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
