Job Title: Full stack developer (Rust/Generative AI)

Work Mode : Work from Office

Location: Mangalore

Years of Experience: 4+ years

We are looking for a full stack developer with 4+ yrs experience who would build high-performance AI-powered applications using Rust and cutting-edge GenAI/ML frameworks. You'll design scalable solutions, integrate AWS LLMs and APIs, optimize performance, and collaborate across Data scientist and ML Ops teams. Proficiency in Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps is essential, along with strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and Agile development practices.

Your Workday, Your Tasks And Mandatory Skill Set

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered features and functionalities across the full stack.
• Build and maintain scalable web applications using Rust and React, with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Develop, train, and evaluate AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) models tailored to diverse business use cases.
• Integrate AI models, APIs, and services (e.g., AWS LLMs) into production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Ops Engineers to deploy models efficiently.
• Optimize AI application performance, including response times and resource usage.
• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, SDKs, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile practices, including CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and SonarQube.
  
  

Required Skills

• Language: Proficiency in Rust is mandatory.
• AI/ML Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI/ML and GenAI frameworks, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, RAG, and Vector Databases.
• DevOps: Proficiency with Docker, AWS, and load balancers.
• Software Engineering: Strong background in software development.
• Architecture: Familiarity with microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based deployments.
• Development Practices: Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with compiler design, virtual machines, or language development.
• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks like MCP, A2A, etc.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles for AI-driven interfaces.
• Familiarity with visualization tools and dashboarding.
• Experience working in international, multicultural teams.
• Strong communication skills.
