Job Title: Workday Integration Specialist (Studio, SSK, XSLT)

Role Overview

The Workday Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining/Support complex integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, SSK, and XSLT

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations using Workday Studio for complex scenarios.
• Utilize SSK (Solution Support Kit) for standardized integration patterns.
• Develop and maintain XSLT 2.0/3.0 transformations for XML-based data exchange.
• Should have good knowledge in Business process
• Manage end-to-end integration development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
• Handle large data sets and optimize integration performance.
• Work closely with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Partner with vendors and external system owners for integration alignment.
• Maintain technical documentation for integrations.
• Follow Workday best practices for Studio and SSK development.
