The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, designing APIs, and delivering end-to-end solutions. Key Responsibilities Frontend (React) ? Build responsive, high-performance UI using React ? Create reusable components and manage state effectively ? Integrate UI with backend APIs and optimize for performance ? Ensure browser/device compatibility and pixel-perfect implementation Backend (Node.js) ? Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express ? Design RESTful APIs and integrate with databases ? Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data flows ? Optimize server performance and handle error/stress scenarios General Responsibilities ? Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and developers ? Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards ? Troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions ? Take ownership of features and deliver projects end-to-end Required Skills ? Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+ ? Solid experience with React, Redux/Context, Hooks ? Strong backend development experience with Node.js + Express ? Experience working with databases (MongoDB/MySQL/Postgres) ? Good understanding of API design and integration ? Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines ? Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good to Have ? Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks ? Knowledge of TypeScript ? Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) ? Understanding of microservices architecture ? Basic knowledge of Docker
