Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js / AWS)

Experience: 5-7 Years

Location: Trivandrum / Kochi (Hybrid) or Remote

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary Budget: ₹10 - ₹15 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React, Node.js, and AWS to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable and high-performance web applications, handling both frontend development using React and backend services using Node.js, while managing cloud deployment and infrastructure on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (React)

Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Build reusable components using React Hooks, Redux/Context API, and React Router.
Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and optimized for performance and scalability.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Backend Development (Node.js)

Develop and maintain secure and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js.
Design and manage database schemas using SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB).
Implement authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
Build and deploy serverless backend services using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
Utilize Serverless Framework or AWS SAM for application deployment and management.
Work with advanced data technologies such as Redis and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.

Cloud & DevOps (AWS)

Deploy and manage applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, VPC, CloudFront, Cognito, Step Functions, SNS, and SES.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using AWS CloudWatch.

Architecture & Collaboration

Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions.
Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of the engineering process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Material-UI (MUI).
Deep expertise in React.js including state management and performance optimization.
Strong backend development experience with Node.js and REST API development.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
Experience with Git version control, Agile development practices, and containerization (Docker).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
