About the Role

We're looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build robust, scalable enterprise applications. You'll work across the entire stack, from crafting intuitive user interfaces to designing efficient backend systems, while collaborating with a motivated, remote-first team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks
• Build responsive, performant frontends with React and Next.js
• Design and implement backend services using Django (or similar Python frameworks)
• Work with SQL databases to model, query, and optimize data
• Integrate third-party services such as authentication, payments, and notifications
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing features
• Ensure security best practices and data protection standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js
• Backend experience with Django or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of SQL databases and data modeling
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services
• Proven track record building enterprise-grade applications
• BTech / BE in Computer Science from a reputed university
• Analytical mindset with strong data skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment
• Availability for overlap with US working hours

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agentic AI tools and integrations
