Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, interactive dashboards, backend APIs, and server-side services that power our digital platform.

The candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with hands-on experience in modern Typescript frameworks, API development, database management, and cloud-based application architecture. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend teams, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Build user-friendly dashboards and web interfaces for administrators and end users.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
• Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and application scalability.

Backend Development

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain core backend modules including:
• User management
• Service management
• Booking and scheduling systems
• Payment and wallet integrations
• Ensure API security, reliability, and high performance.

Database Management

• Design, develop, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
• Optimize database queries and improve application performance.
• Ensure database scalability, backup, and data integrity.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar database technologies.

API Integration & Real-Time Features

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Implement real-time communication features using WebSocket or similar technologies.
• Develop notification systems and real-time messaging modules.
• Handle data fetching, state management, and error handling efficiently.

Dashboard & Reporting Tools

• Design and develop analytics dashboards and reporting modules.
• Implement charts, graphs, and data visualization components.
• Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights and seamless user experience.

Performance & Code Quality

• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed features and systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for deployment and testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Familiarity with Redis caching and WebSocket communication.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and frontend optimization.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Redux or Context API.
• Candidates must be highly hands-on in both frontend and backend development.
• Familiarity with chart libraries such as Chart.js, Recharts, or D3.js.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or Material UI.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
