The Role

We're seeking a motivated Full-Stack Developer Intern to join our engineering team and contribute to building scalable systems on the AcoMono project. You'll work on both backend and frontend, learn from experienced engineers, and gain hands-on experience with modern technologies in a startup environment.

Backend Development

• Implement backend features using TypeScript and Node.js under guidance
  
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
  
• Build and optimize PostgreSQL queries with senior engineer support
  
• Contribute to API development and documentation
  
• Write unit tests using Jest for your code
  

Frontend Development

• Contribute to React components using TypeScript
  
• Work with Vite build tooling and modern frontend practices
  
• Implement features designed by the team
  
• Ensure UI-backend integration works smoothly
  
• Learn state management and data fetching patterns
  

Learning & Collaboration

• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback
  
• Ask questions and seek mentorship from senior engineers
  
• Attend technical discussions and architecture sessions
  
• Contribute to improving documentation and code quality
  
• Collaborate with team members on feature delivery
  

Requirements

Must Have:

• Strong foundation in JavaScript or TypeScript
  
• Basic understanding of React or similar frontend framework
  
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
  
• Git basics and version control understanding
  
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  
• Good communication skills
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Node.js or backend development
  
• Knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP concepts
  
• Exposure to Docker or containerization
  
• Understanding of testing and test-driven development
  
• Experience with Agile workflows
  
• Personal projects on GitHub showcasing your work
  

Tech Stack
