Full Stack Developer (Founding Engineer)

EXPERIENCE: 2–5 years

BUDGET: ₹12 LPA (+ up to 12% to 20% Performance bonus post one year + ESOP discussion after probation)

PROBATION: 6 months

ABOUT US:
Redi Solutions Private Limited is a DPIIT-recognized startup building ReDi CloudAccounting Pro — a live, multi-tenant SaaS accounting platform for CA firms and SMEsacross India.

The product is built, deployed on AWS, and serving real users. The founder is apracticing Chartered Accountant who personally architected and coded the platform — youwill work directly with him, not through layers of management.

We are now scaling from product to revenue, with multiple new applications in the pipeline(tax filing integrations, fintech services, local commerce platforms).

THE ROLE:
You will be our first full-time engineering hire — a founding engineer position with genuine
ownership:

• Own the full stack of a live production SaaS: Node.js, Express, React, PostgreSQL onAWS (EC2, RDS, S3) with PM2/Nginx
• Build new features end-to-end: GST/ITR compliance modules, multi-tenant accesscontrol, reporting, API integrations (Income Tax Dept ERI APIs, SMS/DLT, payment systems)
• Take products in our pipeline from concept to launch
• Set up engineering practices as we grow the team
• Work side-by-side with the founder daily — deep domain learning in accounting, tax, and fintech
  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

MUST-HAVE:

• 2–5 years hands-on experience with Node.js + Express and React
• Solid PostgreSQL skills (schema design, queries, migrations)
• Comfortable with Git/GitHub workflows (branches, pull requests, reviews)
• Ability to read and extend an existing codebase, following its patterns
• Willingness to relocate to / be based in Chittorgarh
  

GOOD-TO-HAVE:

• AWS experience (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM)
• Exposure to accounting, taxation, GST, or fintech products
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• PM2, Nginx, Linux server administration
