About AeroGravity

AeroGravity Pvt. Ltd. is building next-generation autonomous drone infrastructure for industrial, enterprise, and defense applications. Our flagship platform, Argos, is a cloud-based Ground Control Station (GCS) that enables users to remotely monitor, manage, and operate autonomous drone missions through the NxtQube Docking Station.

Argos integrates secure cloud services, real-time telemetry, mission planning, live video streaming, IoT communication, and fleet management into a single platform. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex real-world engineering challenges and building highly reliable software systems.

Role Overview

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer (2–3 Years Experience) to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of Argos.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in full-stack web development, backend API design, cloud services, real-time communication, and modern frontend frameworks. You will work closely with embedded engineers, drone software engineers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to develop scalable and reliable applications for autonomous drone operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development
  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript.
  • Design and implement secure REST APIs.
  • Build authentication and authorization systems using JWT.
  • Develop services for mission management, user management, drone fleet management, telemetry, and operational workflows.
  • Integrate AWS services including EC2, S3, and IoT Core.
  • Implement real-time communication using WebSockets and MQTT.
  • Design and optimize relational databases using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable backend code.
  • Handle logging, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.
Frontend Development
  • Build responsive web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
  • Develop reusable UI components following modern frontend practices.
  • Implement application state management using Redux Toolkit.
  • Integrate backend APIs and real-time data streams.
  • Develop dashboards for drone monitoring, mission management, and fleet operations.
  • Implement interactive geospatial visualizations using CesiumJS.
  • Integrate live video streaming using Video SDK.
  • Optimize application performance for real-time operations.
Real-Time Systems
  • Implement real-time telemetry updates.
  • Handle WebSocket communication efficiently.
  • Work with MQTT-based IoT messaging.
  • Develop event-driven application workflows.
  • Ensure low-latency communication between cloud services and connected devices.
Database Management
  • Design normalized database schemas.
  • Optimize SQL queries.
  • Create indexes for performance.
  • Develop migration scripts.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency.
Cloud Development
  • Deploy and maintain backend services on AWS EC2.
  • Integrate secure object storage using Amazon S3.
  • Work with AWS IoT Core for MQTT communication.
  • Manage environment configurations and deployment pipelines.
  • Monitor application health and cloud resources.
Software Quality
  • Write reusable, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing.
  • Participate in peer code reviews.
  • Follow coding standards and best practices.
  • Debug production issues effectively.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with frontend, backend, embedded, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
  • Document APIs and technical workflows.
