Atom11 is a retail-aware Amazon advertising automation software. It integrates Amazon ads with retail signals like inventory, digital shelf & pricing. It gives you more control over your ads than traditional Amazon software. It is perfect for boutique agencies, aggregators, brands, and sellers. Role Description: Own features end-to-end and ship at scale. We?re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer (3+ years) who can design, build, and operate production systems across React, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS . If you love solving performance problems, automating it, and taking full ownership from idea ? prod ? metrics, we want you at Atom11 . Tech Stack: Frontend: ReactJS, Tailwind Backend: Python, Django/DRF Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB Cloud: AWS (ECS/EC2, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, IAM), CI/CD Ops: Docker, IaC, logging/metrics/alerts Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery: design ? build ? test ? ship ? observe ? iterate. Scalable Architecture & Design: features/APIs across React + Django + Postgres on AWS (multi-tenant, caching, async/background jobs). Make it fast & reliable: tune queries and latencies, harden security (auth, perms, secrets), and keep AWS costs sane. Integrate third-party APIs and design robust, resilient adapters. Automate CI/CD and production workflows (IaC, blue/green, canary, rollbacks). Own monitoring & on-call basics (logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards) and debug issues in prod. Raise the bar with code reviews, clear docs, and pragmatic collaboration. Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack developer. Strong with React (hooks, state management) and modern JS. Strong with Python (Django/DRF), building RESTful APIs at production scale. Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL , MongoDB ): schema design, indexing, query optimization . AWS experience : ECS/Fargate or EC2, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, IAM basics; CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/CircleCI). Solid testing (unit/integration) and workflows. Good to have: Asynchronous pipelines (Celery / SQS / SNS / Kinesis / Kafka). Infra as Code (Terraform/CDK), containers & Docker, Nginx. Security & compliance best practices. Experience with high-volume SaaS or adtech/marketing APIs (extra kudos if Amazon Ads / SP-API / AMC).
