Job Title: Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development, with particular strength in Python-based development and JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for building intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

This role requires a developer who is comfortable working across the full development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements to delivering secure, maintainable, and high performing applications. Experience with API integration, SaaS platforms, and exposure to AI-based applications will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications using Python for backend development and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and visually effective UI/UX components that enhance user experience.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and manage third-party system integrations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical, secure, and scalable technical solutions.
• Support the development of applications with AI-driven capabilities, including intelligent workflows, automation features, or chatbot-based interfaces where applicable.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure code quality, security, maintainability, and proper documentation throughout the development process.
• Participate in architecture discussions, deployment planning, and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Work with cloud environments, preferably AWS, while considering system efficiency, security, and cost optimization.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience in Python development.
• Good working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend and UI development.
• Hands-on experience in developing both frontend and backend components of scalable web applications.
• Proven expertise in API development, API integration, and third-party service integrations.
• Understanding of SaaS-based application models and platform development principles.
• Exposure to AI-based applications or intelligent software solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Good understanding of application security, system scalability, and cost-aware technical design.
• Ability to convert functional and business requirements into well-structured technical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience with LLMs, NLP, RAG, or chatbot frameworks.
• Exposure to modern AI application architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Understanding of version control, deployment workflows, and collaborative development practices.
