Full Job DescriptionWe’re reimagining work/life balance – and you could be part of it.Job Title: Resourcer - Blenheim Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (pro rata) (dependent on experience and qualifications)Location: Hybrid - Bolton (2 days in office per week)Contract: Full time, Fixed term contract - 6 Months. Previous experience recruiting into Clinical or roles would be desirable, but not essential.What you'll do:

• Proactively search for and pool talent for senior and specialist, live and future vacancies
• Reduce agency spending and raise brand awareness in key markets. Partner with the Resourcing Team to complement other direct sourcing methods and develop talent pools for key future vacancies
• Review continuous improvement projects and share ideas
• Maintain relationships with Stakeholders, being on hand to assist when needed.
• Uphold the Group’s commitment to safeguarding the children and young people in our care by championing our safer recruitment standards
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Continuous improvement experience
• Previous experience in taking recruiting manager briefs on key roles
• Proven experience in searching for candidates using a variety of different platforms and qualifying candidates before presenting them to the stakeholders
• The ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
• A firm understanding of advertising content and methods and able to generate further ideas and trial them
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Shortlisting and interviewing experience
