We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Frontend Developer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in building dynamic, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React and Redux. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in JavaScript, modern frontend architecture, and a keen eye for UI/UX implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to create scalable and user-friendly web applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.
Implement efficient state management solutions using Redux.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across various browsers and devices.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Manage application state effectively and ensure predictable state transitions.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Debug and resolve performance and functionality issues.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure application quality and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with React (functional components, hooks, lifecycle methods).
Strong understanding and practical implementation of Redux for state management.
Experience working with middleware such as Redux Thunk or Redux Saga (preferred).
Knowledge of component-based architecture and modern frontend development practices.
Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or similar bundlers.
Basic understanding of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library (preferred).

Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of React lifecycle, hooks, context API, and performance optimization.
Expertise in Redux store configuration, reducers, actions, and middleware.
Ability to structure scalable frontend architecture for medium to large applications.
Knowledge of handling forms, validations, and controlled components in React.
Understanding of authentication flows and protected routes in frontend applications.
Experience in implementing responsive and pixel-perfect UI designs.

Soft Skills
